Our policy requires that claims are submitted within 28 days of the event taking place. Claims cannot be submitted before the event has taken place.

Before you make a claim

The self-registration process must be completed before you can make a claim. Please see the guidance on self-registration process.

Once registered you will also need to add a bank account before you can enter a claim.
